Why need I register in www.cxic.com?

Cxic.com now provides you news, message board, web magazine, product data download, e-business and other services. You need an exclusive “ID” in the internet which includes user name, password and personal information when you use any one of our service such as order chasing. You has the right of using the above mentioned service only after you have registered.

How to adjust the size of character when viewing web?

You may adjust the size of character as following when you viewing web:
For Internet Explorer
　　 You may adjust the size of the character through “Text Fonts” in “View”.

For Netscape4.x
　　 You may hold “Ctrl” and press “]” for enlarging the size of character, and press “[“for smaller character.

Why I can not open web page sometime?

Our server is connected with ChinaNet. So if you connect with internet through CERNET, this maybe happen sometime because of the network structure. Or if you connect with internet through LAN, that also maybe happen sometime because of the connecting overtime error because of the internet connection limitation of LAN.

Why I can not close or adjust the size of the page after I open the page for parameter page in main products?

IE is closed connect with the Windows operation system, so after you have installed some real-time supervising software, the turbulence of Windows operation system. You may reinstall your Internet Explorer.

What should I so if there is some unrecognized character appeared?

This only happens when view the webpage in ../chinese. That happens because we use language sign in our web page. You may settle the problem through following way:
IE4.X：
　　 Go to “View” in menu, then “Fonts”, and select “简体中文(Simplified ../chinese) GB2312”.
IE5.X：
　　 Go to “View” in menu, then “Encoding”, and select “简体中文(Simplified ../chinese) GB2312”.
Netscape4.0X：
　　 Go to “View”, then “Encoding” and select “Simplified ../chinese GB2312”
Netscape4.5X：
　　 Go to “View”, then “Character Set” and select “Simplified ../chinese GB2312”
